Here are the services that we provide:

• Prices include a wholesome traditional English breakfast, this can be a full English or maybe something lighter, poached or scrambled eggs perhaps.

• Guests can choose from a selection of cereals, a freshly prepared fruit salad, grapefruit, fruit yoghurt or greek yoghurt and orange or apple juice.

• A parking permit can be provided free of charge upon request.

• All rooms are serviced daily so that beds can be made, towels replaced if needed and teas and coffees replenished.

Policies

Payments by cash or the following cards: Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro/Switch, MasterCard, American Express, for which there is no charge. 

A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival. 

Full booking balance is due on arrival. 

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. 

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
